Last weekend I re-mixed a recipe I found online for the Rainbow Sangria. It was so good I wanted to share my version with you guys. Please try this recipe. You will be the belle or beau of the ball!

NEKI’S RAINBOW SANGRIA
1 Bottle Moscato
1 Bottle Peach Sparkling Wine
2 oz (60ml) Peach Vodka
Strawberries (Sliced)
Kiwi (Chopped into chunks)
Pineapple (Fresh preferred, chopped into chunks)
Blueberries
1 Peach (Fresh, chopped into chunks)
1 Orange (Sliced)
1 Lime (Sliced)
1 Can of Peaches (Drain juice and hold for later)
½ Cup Sugar
Sangria Mix:
Pour Moscato & sparkling wine into 1 gallon container. Add peach vodka, juice from canned peaches, 1 sliced orange, 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 1 sliced lime, 1 diced fresh peach, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup sugar, stir and refrigerate to chill.
To Serve:
Add blueberries, kiwi, canned peaches, pineapple chunks and sliced strawberries in a wine glass (or glass of your choice). Pour sangria over fruit mix, add paper straw and serve.
